Dug Hill Estates community is a planned and restricted development. Use of the covenants as a guide for rules and regulations is recommended.

The Home Owners Association consist of all lot owners. Dues are payable no later than April 1 of each year, paid to HOA Resources. The fees are for membership to the association which covers all expenses and maintenance to all common areas, pool and clubhouse.

The Association Board of Directors and Officers are elected every year by a quorum. The elected Board of Directors and officers serve a two year term. The Board and Officers  serve voluntarily and are members of the Association.

The Architectural Control Committee must approve any alterations or additions to the exterior of your property. Submit a basic drawing with the measurements, lot location, type of materials and reasonable time to finish the project. Please mail your request to:
